FORMALE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Formale may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
